Need an idea for using up that turkey you spent all day smoking? Here’s an easy dish for those weeknights when you don’t feel like cooking. Add tortilla chips, a salad, and call it a meal.
2 15 oz. Cans Pinto Beans (Drained)
1 15 oz. Can Great Northern Beans (Drained)
1 15 oz. Can Black Beans (Drained)
12 oz. Smoked Turkey Breast
2 14 oz. Cans Tomato Sauce
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 t Molasses
2 T Cup Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 T Granulated Onion
1 T Granulated Garlic
2 T Midgets Fishing San Filippo Hot Sauce
¼ Cup Bacon (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Throw everything in the crockpot and cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-5 hours. Seriously, that’s it. You wanna get fancy? Add cilantro – it’s pretty. Or head to the dollar store and buy the faux Fiesta ware. Either way, dinner’s done and you’re a hero. Wanna know more about San Filippo Picante Style hot sauce?
